Artesian Realty & Insurance Ltd. of Hythe Alberta began operations in 1974 as a real estate brokerage. In 1979 the business was expanded to include insurance products. In order to provide our customers with more services, we became an agent for Alberta Registries in 1998. Although we no longer offer real estate services ourselves, we are pleased to refer real estate clients.
Artesian Realty & Insurance Ltd has an exceptional staff providing efficient, friendly service. In addition to providing all classes of insurance products as well as Alberta Registry services, we offer our customers fax, photocopy and Commissioner for Oaths services.
